These plum and cream Barovier & Toso Murano lamps are loaded with 24 kt gold. When the light catches the golden flecks these lamps look irridescent. They were packaged together as a pair over fifty years ago and they are the best match of hand made glass we've seen. The glass is perfect with no chips, cracks, or blisters.

They stand 31 1/2 inches to the socket top. As shown, the top of shade is 37 inches high. Lampshades are for display only and not available for sale.

Why are opaline Murano lamps so extremely rare? They can't make them anymore. The blower blew lead into the glass during the glass making process. It was so dangerous it ultimately was outlawed. The rarity makes these all the more beautiful, both as table lamps and as investment pieces.

They totally glow - you have to see them in person to really appreciate how gorgeous they really are. The lamps stand nearly 29 inches to the socket top. The glass is 20 inches tall. The solid mahogany bases have been stained a rich chocolate brown.

These beautiful striped Murano lamps were designed by Dino Martens for Aureliano Toso in 1954. These lamps were part of his Black and White Filagree line. The shape is identical to the vases he did in this line, but these were made as lamps during the blowing process.

These misty Murano lamps were blown by Barbini in the 1950s. The color is a wonderful creamy white; the lamps are heavily ribbed and filled with controlled bubbles. The original importer's label is still attached to the lamps.

They have been completely rebuilt using new solid brass hardware with a satin finish. The lamps stand 24 inches tall to the top of the socket. As shown, the top of shade is 30 inches high. Amoshades are for display only and not available for sale.

Beautiful Murano lamps designed by Dino Martens for Aureliano Toso in the early 1950's. The glass is made of white, copper and amethyst canes swirled in a candy cane design. The amethyst canes tend to change colors depending on the light from purple to dark brown to black.

The lamps have been totally rebuilt with new satin nickel hardware and solid mahogany bases. The bases have been silver leafed and varnished.

These Barovier & Toso Murano lamps from the 1950's are exquisite! We've seen Murano column lamps in several colors, but these creamy whites with tons of gold dust sprinkled throughout are probably the most elegant and rare. The glass is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, or blisters.

The lamps are 33 inches tall to the socket top. The glass alone is nearly 21 inches. The base is gold leaf over solid wood.  Lampshades are for display only and not available for sale.

These have been our biggest seller - three stacked balls per lamp. These 'snowmen' are ribbed and filled with zillions of gold bubbles. The glass is a peroxide blonde in color, anchored by antiqued gold leaf bases. Think Dorothy Draper meets Marilyn Monroe - they are that elegant and that sexy.

The lamps stand 28 inches tall to the socket top. Each glass ball is 7 inches wide by 6 1/2 inches high for a combined 20 inches in height. The solid mahogany round base is 6 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches thick.
