Archimedes Seguso Vintage Murano Dog

Description

Archimede Seguso sculpted a line of animals from solid molten glass during the 1950’s, (ever the animal lover, he). The technique is called Massello, and his animals are from The Fantasy Series. This rare piece is from my personal collection of Murano Dogs, (ever the animal lover, me). Doggie is 10.5 inches long, 3.5 inches from ear to ear, and 4.5 inches to the tip of his tail.
